By submitting your application, you agree to the following:
Rules & Conduct
You’ve read and will follow all market rules. You are responsible for your booth setup, staff, merchandise, and behavior at the event.
Liability
You release Jean & James, Amanda Garrett-Whitney, Jimmy Duval, and 777 N. Palm Canyon LLC from any liability for injury, theft, damages, or legal issues arising from your participation.
Insurance & Permits
Vendors must carry $1M general liability insurance naming Jean & James and 777 N. Palm Canyon LLC as additional insured. A valid CA seller’s permit and driver’s license number are required.
Products
All merchandise must be vintage (20+ years). No knockoffs, reproductions, or prohibited items (weapons, tobacco, etc.) are allowed. Contact for questions.
Setup & Timing
Load-in begins at 6:00 AM. Vendors must be set up by 8:00 AM and cannot tear down before 3:00 PM.
Payments & Cancellation
Fees are due in advance via Venmo, PayPal, or invoice. Cancellations with 14 days' notice can be credited to a future date.
Market Layout Details
The Jackpot Market will be held across three shaded areas at 777 N Palm Canyon—two upstairs, one downstairs, including one indoor space. All spots are covered, so tents are not allowed. Booth placement will be curated to support flow and sales. Early applications and payments get priority. Layout, booth number, directions and more will be sent before the event.
Submitting an application signifies your acceptance of these terms. The full Rules & Regulations will be sent to you upon approval or request.
